Vietnamese Proposal to withdraw only 8% of social insurance at one time
The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has proposed to withdraw only 8% of social insurance money at a time to encourage workers to continue participating in social insurance to have a pension when they retire instead of massively withdrawing social insurance money at a time as is currently the case.
