YouMe Law Firm provides legal consulting services for a company, organization or individual. Using legal consulting services regularly and in cases not only prevents legal risks, but also saves time and costs, and contributes to changing the habits in the operations of organizations and companies towards professionalism and sustainability. YouMe's legal consulting services include regular legal consulting and case-by-case legal consulting.

1. Regular legal consulting services:
a. Scope of services:
The scope of regular legal consulting services includes:
- Group of legal consulting services: legal consulting on the internal organization of enterprises; consulting and answering legal regulations related to contracts, transactions, and business operations; consulting and guiding legal procedures on tax, labor, social insurance, and administration; consulting on resolving internal and external disputes of enterprises.

- Group of services for drafting documents, legal records, contracts: drafting internal documents, contracts, legal records to carry out administrative, judicial, investment, joint venture, association procedures and other legal documents upon request.

- Group of services for checking and reviewing documents, contracts: Checking and reviewing documents on organization, internal management, contracts, transaction documents upon request.

- Group of services for appraising legal records, litigation: appraising legal records to carry out administrative procedures, judicial procedures; appraising dispute records; In specific cases, at the request of the Customer, YouMe will represent the Customer in court, in agreements, negotiations, meetings with authorities, partners, organizations and/or individuals as a legal representative or lawyer.

b.Term of service provision:
The minimum term of service provision is one (01) year and is extended according to the agreement between the parties in the Contract.

c.Service fees and payment methods:

-    Service fees:
Depending on the nature, actual operations of the business, the scope of work to be done, regular legal consulting services will be charged according to the specific nature of the business. Immediately after receiving the request and information from the Customer, we will proceed to quote in detail.

-    Payment method:
Regular legal consultancy service fees are paid periodically every six (06) months, within the first ten (10) days of each payment period.

Specific payment methods are implemented according to the agreement of the parties in the Legal Services Contract.

2.    Legal consultancy services by case:
a. Scope of service:
Legal consultancy services by case are applied to each specific file and case. Customers provide complete documents, records, information and work requirements to receive specific advice and support from Lawyers.

b. Service provision period:
The legal service provision period depends on the complexity, possibility of occurrence and duration of the case. Normally, the service provision period is from the time of signing the Legal Services Contract until the case is completed.
c.Service fees and payment methods:
Depending on the profile and nature of each case, each case will be charged and have its own payment method applied.

Immediately after receiving the request and information from the Customer, we will proceed to quote the price, payment method, and time to perform the work for each specific case. Next, the two parties sign the Legal Service Contract and proceed to provide the service according to the Contract.
