2.1. Consulting on related legal issues

2.2. Instructing customers to prepare documents including:

  • Application for a retail business license (or retail agent) of alcohol products;
  • Application for a liquor business license;
  • Notarized copy of the Business Registration Certificate with "Alcohol distribution business" and Tax code certificate;

  • Warehouse (or warehouse system) records, including: Location and capacity (storage capacity) of the warehouse;
  • Documents proving the right to use the warehouse (owning or co-owning or leasing for a minimum period of 01 year);
  • List of equipment for checking and adjusting temperature and humidity in the warehouse (to ensure the warehouse is always airy, cool and avoids direct sunlight on wine products);
  • Documents related to fire prevention and fighting safety, food hygiene and safety and environmental protection according to the provisions of law; Letter of introduction or wholesale contract, wholesale agency contract with at least one wine supplier for wholesale traders;
  • Introduction letter or retail contract, retail agency contract with at least one wine supplier for retail traders;
  • Documents on business location (wholesale or retail wine), including: Address and description of wine business area;
  • Documents proving the right to use the business location (owning or co-owning or leasing for a minimum period of 01 year);
  • List of equipment for checking and adjusting temperature and humidity in the wine business area (to ensure that the business area is always airy, cool and avoids direct sunlight on wine products); Documents related to fire prevention and fighting safety, food hygiene and safety and environmental protection according to the provisions of law; Valid copy of Business Registration Certificate;
