Patent registration is the registration of exclusive rights to technical solutions for products or technological processes, which are the results of human creative labor, protected by the State in the form of recognizing and protecting the rights of the person who directly creates or invests in creating the Invention, if the following conditions are met: It is new compared to the technical level in the world, has a creative level and is capable of industrial application.

Technical solutions - the subject protected under the name of inventions - are a necessary and sufficient set of information on technical methods and/or technical means (application of natural laws) to solve a specific task (a problem).

Inventions are protected in the form of granting Patents for Inventions or Patents for Utility Solutions.

  • Submit the application for registration of exclusive protection of Invention/Utility Solution at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam;
  • Represent the client to receive and respond to official dispatches of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam related to the examination of the application;
  • Represent the client to pay fees and charges as required by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam during the examination of the application;
  • Receive and transfer to the client the original copy of the Patent/Utility Solution; 4. Support after registration of invention/utility solution:
  • Consulting and supporting customers to maintain the validity of Patents, Utility Solution Patents;
  • Providing relevant legal documents upon request;
