Implementation sequence:
• In case the participant pays directly to the district-level social insurance
1. Submit the application according to the regulations stated in the components and number of applications for this case below at the one-stop department of the social insurance agency.
2. Pay the payment according to the registration method to the service organization or social insurance agency nationwide.
3. The social insurance agency processes the application and returns the result
• In case the participant pays directly to the collection agent.
1. Participant: Submit the application according to the regulations stated in the components and number of applications for this case below to the collection agent.
2. Collection agent:
- Guide the voluntary social insurance participant to fill out the Declaration.
- Make a list of voluntary social insurance participants, collect social insurance contributions from participants, issue receipts to participants according to the prescribed form.

- Submit the application, collected social insurance amount and receipt to the social insurance agency.
3. The social insurance agency processes the application and returns the result
Implementation method: Submit directly to the one-stop department or collection agent.
Number of documents: (01 set)
• Participants: Application form, adjustment of social insurance and health insurance information (Form TK1-TS).
• Service organization/Social insurance agency (for cases where participants register directly at the social insurance agency): List of voluntary social insurance participants (Form D05-TS)
Processing time: no more than 05 working days from the date of receiving the complete application as prescribed.
Subject of implementation: Individual.

Implementing agency: Social insurance agency of district/county.
Results of administrative procedure implementation:
1. Social insurance book;
2. Notification, confirmation of annual social insurance payment period.
