Implementation sequence:
1. Social insurance participants prepare a profile according to regulations and send it to the employer to complete the procedure to request the social insurance agency where they are paying social insurance to record the confirmation of the social insurance payment period on the social insurance book.
2. The social insurance agency conducts the appraisal of the profile, if qualified, it will record additional working time to calculate social insurance benefits on the social insurance book.

1. Application form for participation, adjustment of health insurance and social insurance information (form TK1-TS)
2. Original resume, additional resume (if any), original documents related to working time, salary of the employee before going to work abroad; decision to accept back to work for the case of employees returning to the country and continuing to work before January 1, 1995. In case there is no Acceptance Decision, it can be replaced by the resume declared by the employee when being accepted back to work or the resume declared by the employee with confirmation from the receiving unit.
3. Certificate of not having received one-time allowance, demobilization allowance, discharge allowance after returning to the country from the agency, unit directly managing the employee before going on a business trip, working for a period of time abroad. In case the agency or unit has been dissolved, the direct superior management agency or unit shall confirm.
4. The original Decision on assignment to work or work abroad for a fixed term or a copy of the Decision in case the employee is assigned to work or work abroad for a fixed term by a common Decision for many people. In case the original Decision on assignment to work or work abroad for a fixed term is no longer available, it shall be replaced by a copy of the Decision with confirmation from the sending unit. In case there is no Decision on assignment, there must be a written confirmation from the head of the agency or unit sending the employee, clearly stating the time the employee was assigned to work or work abroad for a fixed term and the head must be responsible before the law for the content of the confirmation. In case the sending agency or unit no longer exists, the direct superior management agency shall confirm and be responsible before the law for the content of the confirmation.
Processing time: No more than 10 working days from the date of receiving complete documents as prescribed.
