Implementation sequence:
1. The employee prepares a profile according to regulations and sends it to the employer to complete the procedure for requesting the social insurance agency to adjust (for those currently working) or directly to the social insurance agency.
2. The social insurance agency checks and compares the content of the adjustment request with the related documents. If appropriate, it confirms the adjustment content in the social insurance book; returns the social insurance book to the employee.
Implementation method: Submit directly to the one-stop department.
1. Declaration of participation and adjustment of social insurance and health insurance information (Form TK1-TS)
2. Profile for adjusting professional title, including one of the following documents:
- Decision on assigning job position and salary;
- Labor contract, Employment contract;
- Other documents related to the adjustment.
Processing time: No more than 10 working days from the date of receiving the complete documents as prescribed.
Subjects of implementation: Individuals and organizations.
Implementing agency: Provincial, District Social Insurance
Result of administrative procedure implementation: Social Insurance book.
